The small Tarboy one and like the guy below me here stated the Avatar would be very nice to see.
If your going to do one of the (Insect?) Robot, Have him in the scene creeping with Tarboy. Thats what I think would look good, at least. Amazing work with that animation, I was very impressed.
5 - Small Tarboy on Black and 7 - Insect on Black seem to be the best ones. Good luck!

The Large Tarboy T-shirt looks good, although I'd rather see a more vicious pose, such as the one right after he gets out of the tar and you can see how fucking mad he is. Preferably also with Tarboy in black on a white T-shirt since he is tar after all.
Multiple slaves on Black also looks good. Although I'd much rather have a T-shirt with the evil boss on and with his most ridicolous look.
With the current design available I'd say large tarboy and multiple slaves on black are the best ones.
number 5 and 6 because its really cool mysterious and a tarboy:D i really think yuo must do number 5 and 6 maybe you should make the tarboy on the shirt red;) but really cool T-shirt

Out of the options available I think 1- Multiple slaves on olive and 7- Insect on black are the best shirt choices. If you're going for 3 then 5- Small Tarboy on black would be the next best choice. Or even the small Tarboy shirt in the top two... well just any of the three interchangeably lol.
I like 3, 5, and 7, myself. They might appeal to the Hot Topic audience, too, which'd be a good revenue point.

Small Tarboy on Black, and Insect on black. The slaves aren't depicted enough in the movie, and Tarboy is much more recognizable, and looks cool.

i agree with Ironfusion i think the avatar design would be awsome. other then that i would have to go with Tarboy on black(small) and Insect on black. tho it would be nice if insect had a lil more to it, i understand if that doesnt happen. ill still buy a shirt w/e the design on it is.
I would go for shirt nr. 6 and then nr. 7...

#7 without a doubt. The rest seem rather too cartoonish and the insignia on #7 is bold, sleek, and unique. Also think of the choice of #7 on white as that would also be another great idea. best of luck in the future,
