To help you solve the MP4 issue here's what I did for my previous 2 submissions. Upload the video to Youtube, then once it's uploaded go to your video manager, and on the video press the arrow on the drop down "Download MP4" they've already converted it for you, then bring that file to Newgrounds, it's relatively small and has fitted under the limit each time I've done it!
honestly, ive lost interest in tarboy. lack of news is the main thing. i havent heard anything about it for months. you have disappointed me. say something or just let us fucking know whether you're alive for gods sake!

Even after fixing the problem I'm still confused about the whole thing, is it mpeg, is it mp4, is it H264? So many strange abreviations!
