Single Slave and Single tarboy both on black.
Tarboy's big angry teeth on your profile picture looks better than both. Have something all cartoonish and crazy like that.

I love all the designs but I see the full view (Small) Tarboy and insect ones as the ones to sell. Although the slaves are a great idea, I don't think a lot of people would be able to tell it's from tarboy.
I think some other great designs would be of the grandfather in his youth or telling him holding the remains of Tarboy. And maybe even the 3 bodyguard ones (Dude holing the bat, the top hat guy and the last one with sunglasses) you had in the first episode, I'd totally get that one.

The small Tarboy on black seems like the best choice.But I'll agree with other people that pissed off Tarboy shirt designs would be more badass.

If you want a shirt that has faster and stronger recognition of the series, I'd go with the small tarboy and the insect. Large tarboy is a cool idea, but probably too bold of a shirt for the average buyer. Also, I wouldn't buy a tarboy shirt that didn't feature a main character, and especially not a background character.
I really think all of them are a bit too plain and don't accurately represent the intricacy and art of the actual animation. But I know that such a t-shirt would be expensive to design and print on a massive scale, so.....
The large Tarboy is the coolest, but also the insect one shown here.
I personally like the Large Tarboy on Black. It suits me well, (I think.)

Designs 5 and 7 are the best, as they're iconic figures of Tarboy. The slave shirts are nondescript in comparison; it's hard to connect the dots between the characters on the shirt and "Oh, I know what that's from," because we didn't actually see the slave robots in that much detail.
You should also consider making a design with the Janitor (Grandpa obv.); perhaps his silhouette standing the doorway in the last scene. Also, hang on to design 6; it'll come in handy if//when you start making more shirts. And I also second IronFusion's suggestion, using the "Feral Tarboy" motif that's on your userpage right now on a white or charcoal-colored tee.
